Chronicles 32:7-8
Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.
The troubles of life can be unpredictable and the winds of life can blow against a child of God unfavorably but there is one undisputed reality “if the Lord be for us who can be against us? Romans 8:31.
So the spiritual strategy for daily living as a child of God is to be aware of what is obtainable on this side of the kingdom and work with the following basic realities:
Ø You must know that the battles of life are real
Ø You must know that the enemies are fighting to win
Ø You must know that they that be with you are more than your enemies put together
Ø You must depend on the word of the Lord, the king: the word of God
Ø Temptations are for seasons but you must know that you can depend on the word of the king.
Ø You must know that tomorrow is a symbol of hope and time is the factory that processes your hope.
It is on this premise that this book is conceive to be a resource for the believer who yearns to be victorious in the battles of life and thrive on the side of victory using the prayer pattern as contained in this booklet for a thirty one days retreat in the presence of Him who holds all things together by His own power. Jehovah is His name. He is the man of war.
Truth withheld is freedom denied. The word of the Lord declares, “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”. John 8:32
I wish you the best as you take on this journey towards a victorious Christian living hoping to hear from you testimonies of victories.
And the people the men of Israel encouraged themselves, and set their battle again in array in the place where they put themselves in array the first day. Judges 20:22
Until we understand what “stones” represents we will not aggressively stand against and resist it in our lives. In this context, if considered in acrostic, it means “Something That Obstruct Natural Events”
S – Something
T – That
O – Obstruct
N – Natural
E – Event.
It is in the light of this understanding that Jesus Christ declared, “take ye away the stone”. By that he means, take away the thing which is obstructing the natural event of sleeping and waking up which was the stone that was rolled on the grave of Lazarus concluding him for the dead. When the stone was rolled away from the grave, Lazarus came back from the dead at the call of Jesus.
Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up [his] eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. John 11:41
PROPHETIC DECLARATION:
Whatever stone that is rolled over your life shall be rolled back and rolled away from off your life and all that you represent.
You need to pray these prayers:
1. Anything that represents death in my life be removed by fire.
2. Every stone rolled over my life be removed by fire.
3. Every grave clothes in my life tear off by fire.
4. Whatever that represent tears and sorrow in my life and family, be removed by fire.
5. O lord hear my cry and wipe away my tears in the mighty name of Jesus.
6. Rock of ages cleft for me and let me hide in you.
7. The arrows of death will not strike at me.
8. In the name of Jesus, my obstacles shall become my miracles.
9. O Lord, turn all things around for my good.
10. Every power devising wicked devices against me shall be robed in their evil in the name of Jesus Christ.
11. I am loosed from the power of the grave clothes in the victorious name of Jesus
12. I take authority over the spirit of the dead in the name of Jesus Christ.
13. My life shall not stink in the name of Jesus Christ.
